We hope that you and your families are safe and healthy as we fight COVID-19 as a community and a country.

We have been monitoring and following the advice of the CDC and public health authorities. As you may know, governmental authorities are evaluating on a daily basis, when and how states will re-open.

To help reduce the exposure and transmission of COVID-19 (coronavirus) we are adhering to the stay in place order issued. We are working with our member associations and teams by postponing all in-person registrations and events to help protect our families. We have been and or will begin meeting with our members remotely to communicate the best ways to serve our families during this stay-in-place order.

This letter is to inform you that we have not changed our timeline and are still preparing for a regular 2020 season.  Our association members’ and children’s health and safety are our top priority. As we monitor the situation we will let you know if we make any changes to our schedule based on recommendations from the CDC and local and national public health and governmental authorities.

While we are under the stay in place order families are encouraged and able to register online with their association by visiting

Please stay tuned for future emails and or visit us online at or South Fork Panthers via Facebook for updates.

Be safe and stay healthy.

Best regards,

South Fork Panthers of Winston Salem, Inc Board of Directors
